Casa Ardilla is a beautiful detached holiday villa for 6 people with a private swimming pool. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is tastefully decorated.

 

This holiday villa is located in Benissa, a beautiful coastal town on the Costa Blanca in Spain. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the hill of Montemar. As soon as you enter the enclosed premises, you will relax and immediately get that holiday feeling.

Casa Ardilla

Casa Ardilla has a large terrace with sunbeds, parasols and a beautiful swimming pool of 10 by 3 meters with an outdoor shower. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. 1 of the bedrooms has a safe. All bedrooms have new air conditioning and all windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets, a shutter or fencing. The house is divided into 2 floors:


Top floor:

Here you can find 2 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom with a bath/shower and a toilet. The open plan kitchen is also on this floor and is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious living room has a large corner sofa, TV, fireplace and patio doors to the swimming pool and terraces.

 

Ground floor:

On the ground floor there is an apartment with a large bedroom, a kitchen with refrigerator and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. This apartment has a private terrace and private entrance. Here you can also find the washing machine. 

 

The house has the perfect sun position and therefore the terrace and swimming pool face southwest, but there are also plenty of spots where you can find some shade. There is also a large roof terrace with a large and comfortable corner sofa for chilling out. Here you can catch the evening sun and enjoy the views.
